Workers' Memorial Day
Join us for Workers' Memorial Day. We will honor those we've lost to workplace accidents and committing to fighting for those who continue to be exploited and hurt at work. Participate in dressing the altar by bringing offerings or a photo of a loved one who has passed from a workplace incident. There will be art, music, food for the community, poetry, and a program of speakers.

Lemonade Night at El Puestecito! Pay-What-You-Can Fresh Squeezed Lemonade! Join us every Wednesday for our vibrant weekly night market.
Rooted in Earth Tree Planting
Volunteers will plant native trees, supporting our community and improving air quality. They’ll engage in sensory exploration and active learning about soil and compost, while collaborating to film and co-create a short group film.

Mourning Pug Pet Griever’s Club
We will spend the morning crafting Valentine’s Day cards while we share stories of our pets who have gone before us. We will provide the arts and crafts. You bring a small photo of them to add to your card.
Funds for this event will go towards The Pet Pantry at Lopez Urban Farm.
Community Grief Sound Bath
For February, Dionne is opening space for Grief for personal loss, pain from the body, the scary times our communities are facing, and tears that have been flooding the earth. To honor my grandmother's birthday, I want to offer healing to all.
